Terms & Conditions of Service

DeadBoltSecure.com is an independent private label reseller of the proprietary DeadBoltSecure Privacy Protector service. I fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions for the DeadBoltSecure Privacy Protector Service, hear and after referred to as the “Product”. I agree to these terms and conditions and submit my order to DeadBoltSecure.com.

*************** POLICIES AND PROCEDURES *****************

1. Payment type(s) offered for product purchase are currently PayPal and AlertPay. During the subscriber enrollment process, subscribers will be required to set up a monthly recurring subscription using a current one of these payment accounts. If subscriber does not have a current processor account, simply choose PayPal, then “Pay by Credit Card” from the payment screen, and upon submitting the required information, an account will be created for you, and your Credit Card will be used for future monthly subscription payments through PayPal, unless subscriber makes changes to their payment preferences. The DeadBoltSecure.com product download is available to Subscribers immediately after purchase. You must register with an email address that you have immediate access to, and follow the link in your welcome email to complete the registration of your subscription enrollment. Subscribers must maintain a current email address to receive important communications from DeadBoltSecure.com.

2. All subscribers, whether an individual or small business, may purchase multiple Product subscriptions as required for their personal needs. Each subscription is for one computer/IP address only. Product subscription(s) may be transferred to various PC/IP addresses, but will only be installed and operational on one unique PC at a time due to security validation of each installation key code.

3. Subscriber lists and names are owned by DeadBoltSecure.com and may never be used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent of Subscriber. All subscriber details and personal information is stored behind a dedicated IP address with High Assurance SSL (Secure Socket Layers) certificate.

4. Subscribers may cancel the Product within three days (72 hrs.) of purchase, and receive a full refund, or any time prior to the next scheduled monthly billing date thereafter, with no further billing to be assessed. Cancellation of a subscription also cancels subscriber’s rights to any further receipt of any “Customer Loyalty Incentive” rewards currently owed and unpaid at the time of cancellation.

5. Although DeadBoltSecure.com does not request or require the submission of any Social Security or Taxpayer ID numbers at the time of registration, all resident United States subscribers will be notified if and when their annual “Customer Loyalty Incentive” reward totals $600.00 (six hundred dollars and no/100) in a calendar year. Subscribers will have the option of providing the necessary W-9 information to continue receiving additional reward payments for the remainder of that year ending at 11:59:59 PM on December 31st. If active, qualified subscribers provide information in a timely manner, any withheld reward payments will be paid after verification of submitted information. If subscriber elects not to submit the required information, subscriber will voluntarily forfeit all further “Customer Loyalty Incentive” reward payments owed and owing through the end of the current calendar year.

6. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Michigan, U.S.A. The parties agree that any claim, dispute or other differences between them shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association with arbitration to occur at Mecosta County, Michigan, U.S.A.

7. This Agreement shall be deemed in effect upon completion of the registration and payment process on the DeadBoltSecure.com website.

8. Use of Authorized Promotional Materials: Only the materials that are made available directly by DeadBoltSecure.com may be used for promoting the DeadBoltSecure.com Products and services. DeadBoltSecure.com will produce and offer materials that can be used to promote the Product. No reproductions, personalization, or modification of any of these DeadBoltSecure.com materials are allowed unless approved in writing by DeadBoltSecure.com. Subscribers may not publish, sell or distribute any DeadBoltSecure.com related promotional materials. No blind ads, radio or television advertising of any type, is permitted without written permission of DeadBoltSecure.com. Any violation of this policy may result in termination or suspension of your subscription and/or further rights to any “Customer Loyalty Incentive” reward.

1. The pages of the DeadBoltSecure.com website may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be considered part of this agreement, observed, and followed at all times.

THE INFORMATION POSTED ON DEADBOLTSECURE.COM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

3. The information on the DeadBoltSecure.com website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This information may be changed or updated without notice. DeadBoltSecure.com may also make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or the services described on the DeadBoltSecure.com website at any time without notice.

4. Any comments or materials sent to DeadBoltSecure.com, specifically about this site, including feedback data such as questions, comments, suggestions, or the like regarding the content of any such pages, links or documents (collectively "Feedback"), shall be deemed to be non-confidential. DeadBoltSecure.com shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Feedback and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works, and distribute the Feedback to others without limitation. The DeadBoltSecure Privacy Protector service (“Product”) includes six robust features, including Industry Class Firewall, Secure File Shredder, Ad Blocker, Internet Files Cleaner, System Files Cleaner, and Pop-up Blocker. The Product does not currently include an anti-virus feature, but works well with all top-rated anti-virus products currently available. It is up to each Subscriber to take precautions to ensure that whatever he/she downloads or installs to their system is free of such items as viruses, worms, Trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature.

8. DeadBoltSecure.com reserves the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility the each subscriber to abide by the most current revision of these Terms & Conditions.

9. IN NO EVENT WILL DEADBOLTSECURE.COM BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY OR FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OR ON ANY OTHER HYPER-LINKED WEBSITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON YOUR INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE ARE EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

1. The DeadBoltSecure Privacy Protector is made available to the subscriber/end user as a monthly subscription service. The monthly subscription fee of $10.99 includes registration, a unique activation key, and placement into our 3x7 forced subscriber matrix, with no additional set up costs to install the Product on one Windows® based PC. The recurring monthly subscription fee entitles the user to all updates and enhancements to the Product, when available. The subscription includes six robust Internet Security and Personal Privacy features in one automated console as listed above. Customer support is included in the License feature of the product. All subscribers are automatically included in the “Customer Loyalty Incentive” rewards program.

2. DeadBoltSecure.com will make every effort to ensure that it accurately represents products, services, and the potential for rewards through the DeadBoltSecure.com “Customer Loyalty Incentive” program. Any representations of rewards made by DeadBoltSecure.com are estimates only, with no stated or implied guarantees of any financial reward.
